PLANNING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

The Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing planning, design, and site-related activities to ensure projects are properly coordinated, designed, and implemented according to company standards, timelines, and requirements. The role involves leading a team, coordinating with different departments, conducting site visits, and providing technical and design support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the planning and design team in the execution of assigned projects.
• Prepare, review, and develop plans, layouts, drawings, and other design requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure plans are aligned with actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, operations, and other departments regarding site works and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and completion of planning and site-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of technical drawings, layouts, and design outputs.
• Create and modify designs using CAD, SketchUp (SKP), 3D Max, or other relevant design software.
• Provide graphic presentations, layouts, and visual materials for project proposals and presentations.
• Resolve design and site-related concerns and provide practical recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates as needed.
• Perform site visits and travel to different project locations as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or a related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in design and site works.
• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp (SKP), 3D Max, or other relevant design and drafting tools.
• Knowledgeable in graphic design and visual presentation.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects or tasks.
• Honest, hardworking, responsible, and highly dependable.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• With own motorcycle and willing to travel to different project/site locations.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Willing to work on-site and handle field assignments as needed.
