Planning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Materials Planning

• Supervise and control of all aspects of  Material planning, Delivery planning to achieve customer’s requirement
• Receiving sales forecast based on a customer requirement. Analyze data to identify forecast trends material plan trends, control schedule material/supply component
• Planning all local material requirements month by month by using MRP based on the safety stock with target stock setting and Excel data control
• Control Material and finished goods stock , control supplier, Avoiding disruption to production
• Communicating with internal production and support organizations to manage the plan in efficient.
• Monitoring the material planning & scheduling and supplier shipment release for each supplier based on a calculation of safety stock, lead time and supplier capacity.

Production Planning

• Supervise and control production planning follow customer order/Customer forecast and analysis customer order part product and summarize data
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules and addressing
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and other facilitate on-time to the production line as and when required, must to avoid disruption to production and resolving      production issues to minimize delays in production
• Analysis of production capacity and follow-up regularly in order to determine optimum conditions for production considering customer demand and other adjustment
• Manage operations planning in term of production scheduling, material planning and capacity planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in  Engineer/Statistic/Mathematic or Production planning/Material planning experience

• Must have experience 6-10 yeas for Staff level in Production Planning

• Must have experience 3-5 years up for Asst. Supervisor level  in Production planning control or familiar production planning/Material planning/Material analysis

• Experience 5 years up for Supervisor level in Production planning control or familiar production planning/Material planning

• Knowledge of production management, production control, material order management

• Knowledge of Quality system of IATF16949, Customer requirement, OEM

• Have experience about automotive manufacturing is a plus and experience supervisor skill

• Good in English language and leadership skill
