To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Planning Supervisor in our plant in Meknes .

Tasks & Attributions :

• Receive and organize customer order forecasts.
• Prepare and release weekly production plans.
• Monitor production and shipping schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Control inventory levels and reduce dead stock.
• Analyze customer orders and identify capacity gaps.
• Coordinate with Service Center and relevant departments on order changes.
• Manage urgent, pull-forward, and non-forecast orders.
• Monitor WOS, MPS, and related SAP transactions.
• Analyze daily production output and report abnormalities.
• Follow up on rework plans, premium freight documentation, and order fluctuation reports

Qualifications :

• Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Equivalent ,
• Min 4 years of Experience in the same role .
• Experience working with SAP (PP/MM) or other ERP systems .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production and demand data .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English and French (written and spoken).
