Planning/Scheduling Engineer

Seero is seeking a detail-oriented Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our project delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to support the successful and timely completion of engineering and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, identify delays, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to collect progress updates and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, S-curves, and resource histograms.
• Support project controls activities, including delay analysis, claims assessment, and recovery programme preparation.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and recommend mitigation measures to maintain project completion targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Pay: QAR5,732.26 - QAR17,611.49 per month
