Planogram Manager

About the role

This role involves developing and managing planograms across all categories and store locations, optimising product placement and merchandising strategies to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Draw planograms for all categories and all stores based on sales data from each store
• Suggest category adjacency for new stores, remodelled stores, and renovated stores
• Lead planogram changes and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines by account and channel
• Update planograms when new products are added to accounts and communicate updates to all relevant parties
• Review and suggest space proposals by category based on category performance and market trends
• Suggest assortment reviews relating to market opportunities and business strategy
• Apply shopper research, retail audit research, and consumer panel research to understand category, consumers, and shoppers for business solutions
• Create merchandising standards and guidelines
• Follow and identify shelf capacity according to display and inventory rules to balance space and range display
• Review and evaluate range changes with management after implementation
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Product Marketing to manage product stock-in and stock-out from planograms
• Coordinate with the Operations team to support planogram setup and implementation dates

About you

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 5 or more years of working experience with knowledge of planogram, category management, and marketing
• Analytical skills, particularly in space management and spaceman software
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to plan and control
• Thai and English language preferred
