Plant Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting for the iron & steel industry.
• Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records of all transactions in Tally ERP.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations by preparing returns and making timely payments.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
• Proficiency in TDS, GST, and other taxation laws applicable to the iron & steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting principles.
• Experience with invoice processing using Tally ERP software.
