• Full-Spectrum Plant Financial Management 工厂财务全盘管理 Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of full-set plant financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring accuracy and compliance with group policies and local accounting standards. 负责工厂全套财务报表的编制、审核与分析，包括月度、季度及年度财务报告，确保数据准确、符合集团及当地会计准则要求。 Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance analysis; monitor key financial KPIs and provide early warnings on operational risks. 主导工厂年度预算编制、滚动预测及实际执行分析，监控关键财务指标（KPI），及时预警经营风险。 Manage plant cost accounting and analysis, tracking variances in materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead, driving cost optimization and efficiency improvements. 负责工厂成本核算与分析，深入生产环节，追踪材料、人工、制造费用差异，推动成本优化与降本增效。
• Mexico Local Finance Team Coordination & Management

墨西哥本地团队协调与管理 Travel to Mexico for at least one month each quarter to coordinate, guide, and supervise the local finance team, ensuring alignment of financial reporting processes with China headquarters and group standards. 每季度至少赴墨西哥出差1个月，现场协调、指导并监督墨西哥本地财务团队的日常工作，确保财务核算与报告流程与中国总部及集团标准保持一致。 Manage personnel, performance evaluations, and team development for the Mexico finance team, building an efficient cross-cultural and cross-time-zone collaboration framework. 负责墨西哥团队的人员管理、绩效评估与能力培养，搭建高效的跨文化、跨时区协作机制。 Ensure Mexico plant financial operations comply with local tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements; coordinate with local audit and tax authorities. 确保墨西哥工厂财务运营符合当地税法、会计准则及合规要求，处理与当地审计、税务机构的对接事宜。

• Business Support & Operational Analysis 业务支持与经营分析 Actively participate in plant operations meetings, providing financial insights and decision support for production, supply chain, engineering, and other functions. 深度参与工厂运营会议，为生产、供应链、工程等部门提供财务视角的经营分析及决策支持。 Lead ROI analysis, CAPEX review, and financial evaluations for plant-level projects and investments. 主导工厂层面的投资回报分析、资本支出（CAPEX）审核及项目财务评估。 Drive financial digitalization and process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. 推动财务数字化与流程优化，提升财务核算效率与数据质量。
• Internal Control & Risk Management 内部控制与风险管理 Establish and maintain a robust internal control system for the plant, ensuring asset security, inventory accuracy, and process compliance, while mitigating operational and financial risks. 建立健全工厂内部控制体系，确保资产安全、库存准确、流程合规，降低运营与财务风险。 Support internal and external audits, ensuring financial data integrity, completeness, and traceability. 配合内外部审计工作，确保财务数据真实、完整、可追溯。 II. Qualifications 任职要求
• Education & Experience 教育背景与经验 Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, ACCA, CMA certification is a plus. 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业，持有CPA、ACCA、CMA等专业资格证书者优先。 8+ years of financial management experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a Plant Controller or equivalent role. 8年以上制造型企业财务管理工作经验，其中至少3年以上工厂财务负责人（Plant Controller）或同等岗位经验。 Solid experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and full-set financial management in a manufacturing environment; experience in multinational manufacturing companies is preferred. 熟悉制造企业成本核算、预算管理及全盘账务处理，有跨国制造企业工作经验者优先。
• Language & Cross-Cultural Skills 语言与跨文化能力 Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as a working language, capable of communicating effectively with the Mexico team and handling English reports and contracts independently. 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言（能与墨西哥团队无障碍沟通，并独立处理英文报表及合同）。 Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage remote teams and navigate complex communication scenarios.具备良好的跨文化沟通与协作能力，能够有效管理远程团队及处理复杂沟通场景。
• Travel & Resilience 出差与抗压能力 Willingness to travel to Mexico for at least one month per quarter, adapting to cross-time-zone work schedules.能够接受每季度至少出差墨西哥1个月，适应跨时区工作节奏。 Strong resilience, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.具备较强的抗压能力、问题解决能力和结果导向意识。
• Technical Competencies 专业能力 Proficient in PRC GAAP and IFRS; knowledge of Mexico local tax and accounting regulations is a plus. 精通中国会计准则及国际财务报告准则（IFRS），熟悉墨西哥当地财税法规者优先。 Skilled in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced Excel analytical capabilities. 熟练使用SAP、Oracle等ERP系统及高级Excel分析工具。
