Plant Controlling

该职位来源于猎聘 本岗位前期在吴江开发区工作，预计明年公司搬迁至常熟东南开发区。 Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Responsible for Sales revenue & Material cost& Manufacturing cost, to ensure the figures are reasonable and reliable.
• Cost Management & Control: Define standardized calculation methodologies for all cost components, continuously monitor spending of all cost centers and production projects, identify abnormal cost fluctuations and implement corrective actions to keep expenditures within approved targets.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular weekly and monthly financial reports, focus on Sales revenue & Material cost & Manufacturing cost & Inventory & Scrap, to clarify operational performance and potential improvement opportunities.
• Operational Support: Review production and logistics processes from a financial perspective, collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain teams to identify cost optimization potential, and balance operational requirements with financial sustainability to support stable, efficient plant operation.
• Accounts Payable: Responsible for Accounts Payable for raw materials, double check and monitor material cost match with target and reasonable or not.
• BU controlling support: co-work with BU controller to evaluate the actual cost vs quoted cost (bom cost & conversion cost), ensure the actual bom cost and conversion cost for projects are reasonable.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above, major in Accounting, Finance or other similar areas ；
• Familiar with SAP system, both familiar with SAP and Oracle is preferable.
• Familiar with local accounting principles, IFRS is preferable；
• Good data processing skills, proficient in Excel；
• Good communication skills and willing to team work;
• Good writing and spoken English;
• Good problem solving, interpersonal, independent; 8. 5 years or above in plant controlling experiences in manufacturing industry or other related experience.
