SITE DIRECTOR – FOOD MANUFACTURING

Circa $200,000 base salary, )with flexibility depending on experience) + Bonus + LTI

Now it needs an experienced manufacturing leader who can turn that opportunity into consistent results.

This food ingredients manufacturer is investing in leadership across a network of 14 sites and growing. At this facility, recent expansion has created capacity and opportunity, alongside the challenges that come with scaling an operation.

You’ll lead a team of approximately 125 people, with responsibility across production, maintenance, quality, safety, sanitation and site performance.

The opportunity is to build on that investment: improve reliability, strengthen processes, develop your leadership team and create a culture where people understand the goals and take ownership of delivering them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily operations while building plans for longer-term growth.

• Improve output, yield, efficiency and cost performance.

• Strengthen equipment reliability and prioritize capital improvements.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and workplace safety.

• Manage the site budget, resources and production capacity.

• Recruit, coach and develop leaders and employees.

• Support process improvements and new product introductions.

• Build open communication and accountability across the facility.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You’ll bring substantial leadership experience within food manufacturing, with responsibility for plant performance, people and operating budgets.

Dairy, ingredients or process manufacturing experience would be valuable. Outside of this Food Manufacturing is essential.

Experience managing expansion, startups or operational improvement would also translate well.

You could already be a Site Director, Plant Director or Plant Manager ready for a broader opportunity.
