Plant Engineer

Male or Female

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry preferably in Plastic Molding

Knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and engineering principles.

Production/Process Support Monitor Cycle time, Scrap rate, and machine parameter

Support SMED, Mold change, setup reduction and Kaizen

Assist in process troubleshooting related to heaters, TCUs, Dryers and Machine controls

Projects & Facilities Handle machine installation, layout, power upgrades, and utility connections.

Prepare CAPEX, RFQs, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and I/O lists. Supervise contractors, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and as-built documentation.

Maintain building electrical, fire alarm, emergency lights, grounding, and lightning protection.
Energy & Utilities Act as Energy Manager or energy monitoring lead: kWh/kg, kWh/shot, peak demand, power factor, harmonics.

Monitor compressed air, chilling, cooling towers, TCUs, dryers, and vacuum systems. Evaluate solar PV, power factor correction, and energy-saving projects.

Manage genset, ATS, UPS, transformers, switchgear, and busways. Compute cost per shot / cost per kg from utilities.
Automation, Controls & Digitalization Maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, servo drives, VFDs, and industrial networks.

Back up machine programs and parameters. Set up OEE monitoring, machine data collection, and dashboards.

Support MES/ERP integration, barcode systems, and IIoT sensors.

Troubleshoot robots, conveyors, vision systems, hot runner controllers, and temperature loops.
Maintenance & Reliability Engineering Set up and manage CMMS: PM schedules, work orders, history, spare parts.

Lead root-cause analysis on machine downtime, electrical faults, hydraulic/mechanical issues, and recurring alarms.

Track MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and PM compliance.

Coordinate calibration of thermocouples, RTDs, pressure sensors, timers, gauges.

Oversee LOTO, safety interlocks, and maintenance safety audits.

Manage critical spares for injection machines, chillers, dryers, robots, and utilities.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
