Plant Engineer

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing and packing machines with minimum downtime.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, compressed air, purified water, and other utility systems.
• Support calibration activities for production and utility instruments.
• Assist in equipment qualification activities (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
• Maintain engineering logs, maintenance records, and GMP documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Validation departments for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and close engineering-related observations.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and equipment servicing.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and engineering SOPs.
