An established pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation is looking for a Plant Engineer to join its team in Malta.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering projects, including facility upgrades and production/process improvements.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support emergency repairs, equipment breakdowns and spare parts sourcing.
• Prepare and review equipment qualification documentation, including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and equipment qualification schedules.
• Maintain equipment review programmes and support ongoing operational compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an engineering department.
• Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.
