The position

We are looking for a Plant Engineer for our factory in Canning Vale.  This is a hands-on role in our factory which manufactures flexible ducting, injection molds and fabricates domestic sheet metal.

You will be responsible for:

·         Troubleshooting issues with the machinery and provide technical support where required

·         Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs

·         Schedule inspections, repairs and routine maintenance

·         Purchase and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment

·         Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

·         Plan for equipment upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning.

·         Be involved with the decision-making process of replacing/buying new equipment

·         Implementing corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
