Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the production process of CED (Coil Coating) and Powder Coating lines to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and control the quality of coatings applied on metal products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and work processes to maintain high-quality output.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in CED (Coil Coating) or Powder Coating line management.
• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, including material properties, handling, and application techniques.
• Proven track record in managing complex manufacturing operations involving multiple departments.
