Job Summary
The Plant Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant’s electrical systems, equipment, and utilities. The role oversees electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, engineering projects, energy management, and compliance with applicable electrical and safety standards.
The position works closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Facilities, and external contractors to minimize equipment downtime, improve plant reliability, optimize energy consumption, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
