Plant Engineering (Process) Technician - Contract

Key Responsibilities:

·       Responsible to react according to control plan on quality deviation issue.

·       Responsible to highlight any abnormalities in the process during qualification stage and production stage, react according to the control plan.

·       Full integration of process scope and integration between each department

·       Support engineer during N+1 Tools Qualification phase and Process Qualification phase, such as DOE, IPP Sample size,  stepwise qualification, test board arrangement, running of qual lot, lab analysis arrangement and data collection.

·       Support engineer in updating documents (control plan, FMEA, work instruction, maintenance instruction, etc.) which related to non-CE tools released in quality documentation system prior to tool release to HVM

·       Support engineer in meeting all committed timeline of each key milestone such as specification finalization, supplier selection, tools qualification, initial and final ramp up plan (volume and quality)

·       Participate in shift meeting to know the equipment status and production arrangement, involve the process quality and yield status.

·       Responsible to carry out the job per the industrial standards like quality, environment, health and safety. Find the potential problem and feedback to direct superior for continuous improvement.

·       Observe the company policy of labor and process consciously.

·       Attend all the trainings related to the operation and production, i.e. process, safety, quality and environment, etc.

·       Support other task assignment from engineer and manager.

·       Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Type of minimum education required or an equivalent in years of experience, and length of relevant working experience required for the position:

·       Diploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent

·       Knowledge of analysis data, measurement test and Microsoft office are added advantage.

·       Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical skills

·       Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills

·       Preferably 1 years’ experience in PCB/semiconductor/SMT manufacturing industry or fresh graduates.

Skill and Competency Requirements:

·       Adapt to shift work.

·       Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc.

·       Good analytical skills with attention to details.

·       Good communication skill as well as team working and hardworking spirit.

·       Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred

·       Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)

·       Polite and disciplined, obey the regulations and rules of the company.
