Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production operations to meet quality standards and productivity targets.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products (NPD) and maintain existing ones in frozen food processing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including cold chain management, packaging, and labeling.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in frozen food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of NPD processes, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from ideation to execution.
• Excellent knowledge of process control techniques for maintaining high-quality products under various conditions.
