Plant Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the steel plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and workers to achieve production targets and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, process improvements, and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• 20-30 years of experience in a similar role within the iron & steel industry.
• Strong technical analysis in production with knowledge of rolling mill operations and TMT .
• Proven track record in cost control/management with the ability to analyse data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems).
• Experience as a general manager or Plant Head in an integrated steel plant setting.
