Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Plant Cum Senior Production Head to lead plant and production operations at our Wellness manufacturing unit. The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end plant administration, production planning, and ensuring smooth commercial and regulatory operations at the site, reporting directly to the DGM Operations.

• Plant Administration & Production Operations
• Commercial Knowledge related to Plant Operations
• Inventory Management
• Process & Equipment Engineering
• Purchase Planning & Coordination
• Quality System (QMS) Management
• Liaison with Government Departments
• MIS & Reporting
• People Management & Team Handling

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidate should have strong knowledge of Plant and Production Administration in Cosmetic/ Skin Care Industry
• Should be thorough with Plant and Production Operations
• Must be from Personal Care/ Cosmetics/ Derma Product/3P/2P Industry
