Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise the operation at the plant level, ensuring high-quality production and meeting targets.
• Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes, including programming CNC machines.
• Manage labour effectively to ensure smooth production flow and meet deadlines.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of CNC machines and grinding machines.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Proven experience in managing CNC machines, including programming and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and make quick decisions
