Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation
Work Location: Madhyapradesh
Job Description:
- Progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with at least 58 years in a Plant Head/Unit Head/Factory Manager role
- Prior experience in solar cell, solar module, semiconductor, electronics, or other high-precision, process-driven manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in greenfield project commissioning and ramp-up is highly desirable
- Profit & Loss management
Plant Commissioning & Ramp-Up
- Lead pre-commissioning activities including civil/PEB handover review, utility readiness (power, water, gases), and equipment installation coordination with OEMs/EPC partners.
