Salary: ₹15 – ₹18 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head / General Manager to lead and manage overall plant operations, with primary responsibility for Production, Quality, Casting and CCR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing manufacturing/metal industry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee overall plant operations to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Lead Production, Quality, Casting and CCR functions effectively.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials and other resources.
• Monitor casting processes, production efficiency and process parameters.
• Establish and maintain quality standards and ensure consistent product quality.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, stores, purchase and other departments for smooth plant operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop production and quality teams.
• Monitor KPIs related to production, rejection, quality, productivity and downtime.
• Prepare and review operational reports and present performance updates to management.
• Handle customer/quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, SOP implementation and process discipline.
• Take responsibility for achieving overall plant performance and business objectives.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate should have relevant experience in a manufacturing/metal/casting industry, with proven experience in handling plant-level responsibilities across Production, Quality, Casting and CCR.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
