Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Plant Head / Factory Manager to manage end-to-end factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, cost optimization, and timely delivery.

Important Hiring Criteria:

• Candidates must have experience in Cosmetics / Personal Care or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing ONLY.
• Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
• Maharashtra-based candidates preferred, especially from Palghar, Boisar, Tarapur, Umroli, Vasai, Virar, and nearby locations.
• Candidates must be comfortable working at our Kolgaon, Palghar manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Production, QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, Warehouse, and Planning.
• Ensure production targets, GMP, SOP, ISO, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, plant performance, and operational KPIs.
• Drive cost reduction, process improvements, and wastage control.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machinery downtime.
• Lead department heads and manage overall factory operations.
• Handle audits, CAPA, quality issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in plant leadership.
• Mandatory experience in Cosmetics / Personal Care / Pharma manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, production planning, and factory operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Location: Palghar Kolgaon

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
