Plant HR – Job Description

Position: Plant HR
Experience: 5–6 Years
Location: Kadi, Gujrat

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete plant HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Handle manpower planning and recruitment for production, maintenance, quality, and other plant functions.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Manage contract labour, labour contractors, and manpower agencies.
• Coordinate attendance, shift management, overtime, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Conduct induction, training, employee engagement, and awareness programs.
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, employee files, and statutory records.
• Coordinate with plant management, production, maintenance, and corporate HR.
• Support performance management, appraisal, retention, and employee development.
• Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, show-cause notices, and exit formalities.
• Ensure a safe, productive, and positive employee work environment.
• Monitor manpower productivity, absenteeism, attrition, and workforce requirements.
• Support HR audits and statutory inspections and ensure timely compliance.

Pay: ₹65,000.64 - ₹70,000.81 per month
