We are hiring for HR(Project or Site HR) for one of our site which is located near Tumkur- Bangalore.
Project HR is responsible for end-to-end HR operations for 3PL projects, including manpower planning, recruitment, project mobilization, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, contract labour management, training, HR MIS, and attrition control. The role works closely with Operations to ensure the right manpower is deployed at the right time and that the project operates smoothly from an HR perspective.
Note: The candidate should have Fashion/ Retail/ Lifestyle Experience in mandatory
