Plant Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure effective management of employees.
• Ensure timely implementation of EPF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements for the organization.
• Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in an HR role within the food/ FMG industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policy formulation, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in handling complex payroll processes (EPF, ESIC) and statutory compliances.
