Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plant operational strategies aligned with company business objectives.
• Plan and monitor daily, monthly, and annual production activities to achieve productivity and capacity targets.
• Lead plant operations with strong focus on efficiency, quality, safety, food safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, Halal, GMP, CPPOB, SNI, K3, 5R, and other applicable standards.
• Oversee plant utilities, machinery, facilities, and overall operational readiness.
• Analyze plant performance and drive solutions for operational and strategic issues.
• Lead, develop, and build a high-performing team while maintaining a productive working environment.
• Ensure effective implementation of management policies and operational procedures.
• Conduct domestic and international business trips as required for business, technical, supplier, or operational purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or Head of Factory, preferably in FMCG or AMDK industry.
• Strong understanding of bottled drinking water operations and standards, including SJPH, SNI, ISO, GMP, and CPPOB.
• Good knowledge of plant utilities, machinery, and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Able to drive and possess a valid SIM A.
• Placement: East Java/Central Java/West Java/Bali*.
