Plant Manager

CITICON is looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee the overall operations of our ready-mix concrete batching plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, quality, safety, equipment reliability, cost control, and timely delivery while leading and developing plant personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of solid experience as Plant Manager of a Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) industry.
• Strong knowledge of ready-mix concrete production, batching plant operations, and concrete quality standards.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, problemolving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to Laguna, Batangas or Cavite plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations including production, maintenance, dispatch to serve and meet client satisfaction.
• Lead, train and motivate plant personnel, drivers, operators, and other assigned employees.
• Oversee PMS of automated Concrete Batch Plant, Transit Mixers and equipments.
• Plan and monitor production schedules based on customer and project requirements.
• Ensure the timely and accurate production and delivery of ready-mix concrete.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
