Plant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee the overall operations of our corrugated boxes manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, extensive manufacturing experience, and comprehensive knowledge of the entire production process—from raw materials to finished goods. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and leading the workforce with discipline and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
• Supervise all production activities, from raw material receiving to finished goods dispatch.
• Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate department supervisors and production personnel.
• Enforce discipline and maintain a productive, professional work environment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Analyze production reports, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Solid experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in corrugated boxes or paper packaging manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Proven experience in managing production operations and leading large teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident and effective in implementing company policies and maintaining employee discipline.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Quiteria, Caloocan City.
• Willing to work six (6) days per week.
