Plant Manager

Position: Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall plant operations, maintenance, safety, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, and plant improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractors, service providers, contracts, permits, warranties, and procurement activities.
• Monitor plant performance and implement corrective and improvement actions.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Maintain quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and support community engagement activities.
• Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and maintenance management within renewable energy, power plants, or related industries.
• Experience in contract management, maintenance planning, budgeting, and plant performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
