  • Delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implementing best practice manufacturing processes.
  • Supporting transformation projects that strengthen competitiveness and growth.

Creating a World-Class Safety Culture

Safety is our number one priority.

You will:

  • Lead from the front on Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
  • Foster a proactive safety-first culture where every employee feels empowered.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in wellbeing, risk management, and site safety performance.

Leading Financial Performance

With full P&L accountability, you'll play a key role in shaping the site's commercial success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Capital investment and resource allocation.
  • Driving productivity improvements and cost optimisation.
  • Supporting profitable growth through excellent operational execution.

Building Great Teams

People are at the heart of our success.

You'll:

  • Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Build succession pipelines and organisational capability.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where people can perform at their best.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proven manufacturing leader with experience managing large-scale operations and delivering measurable business results.

Essential Experience
