Are you an experienced Plant Manager or Manufacturing Operations Leader who can drive production excellence, improve efficiency, and lead a high-performing plant team?

We are looking for a results-driven Plant Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Styro Packaging Manufacturing Plant in General Trias, Cavite.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional who wants to take ownership of production, people, quality, maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Plan, manage, and monitor production schedules, manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements are consistently achieved.
• Lead and develop production, maintenance, warehouse, and other plant personnel.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, productivity, yield, downtime, and operating costs.
• Ensure proper preventive maintenance and reliable operation of production equipment and machinery.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, defects, and unnecessary costs.
• Coordinate with Management, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare and monitor plant performance reports, KPIs, budgets, and operational plans.
• Maintain a culture of discipline, accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Engineer is highly preferred/required.
• With substantial experience in plant management, manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
• Experience in plastic, styrofoam, packaging, food packaging, or similar manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, preventive maintenance, quality control, and plant safety.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a manufacturing workforce.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Must be hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on-site in General Trias, Cavite.
