Plant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a capable and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations, supervise personnel, manage operational resources, and ensure compliance with established safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient plant performance and continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily plant operations and activities.
• Supervise personnel and ensure proper coordination of work assignments.
• Monitor plant equipment, maintenance activities, and operational performance.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, budgets, and other operational resources.
• Resolve operational concerns and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management, clients, and project stakeholders.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Plant Manager, Project Manager, or leader in a power plant, industrial, electrical, or any related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety requirements.
• Willingness to work on-site in Binugao, Toril, Davao City.
