Plant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. Core Responsibilities

• Operations & Production: Plan, direct, and execute daily manufacturing schedules to hit output goals.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA guidelines, workplace safety rules, environmental regulations, while following SQF best practices.
• Budget & P&L Management: Oversee plant budgets while controlling labor and material costs.
• Quality Control: Maintain strict product quality standards using SQF standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate supervisors, engineers, and floor personnel.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in operations management to troubleshoot issues related to assembly lines or equipment
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and/or:
• Experience: 3-10+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial environment.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
