Plant Manager

We're looking for a Plant Manager to lead our Trebišov manufacturing site through its next phase of growth and transformation.

This is not just a Plant Manager role - it's an opportunity to:

• Take full responsibility for a growing manufacturing operation.
• Lead the expansion and modernization of the Trebišov site.
• Coordinate the transfer of new machinery, technologies and production lines.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Act as statutory Managing Director and represent adapa Slovakia.
• Shape the future of one of adapa Group's strategic production locations.

What you'll do

• Lead all plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Site Support functions.
• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Productivity, OEE and Cost.
• Build a strong culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead site expansion activities, infrastructure projects and production ramp-ups.
• Coordinate machinery installation, commissioning and production transfers from other locations.
• Develop organizational capabilities and succession pipelines to support future growth.
• Manage budgets, operating costs and investment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in Plant Management, Operations Management or senior manufacturing leadership.
• Proven responsibility for Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Operational Performance.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with plant expansion, greenfield/brownfield projects, machinery installation or production transfers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build engaged and high-performing teams.
• Commercial and financial awareness, including budgeting and cost management.
• Fluent Slovak and English.
