Plant Manager - Mongolia MRC

Job Summary

• Manages and leads a cross functional team to ensure speed, dependability and efficiency in plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops relationships to meet customer needs. Manages and leads all plant functions to meet deliverables and drive improvements.
• Leads the use of Cummins values, processes and procedures, including promoting the right environment.
• Coaches and develops plant staff. Develops the strategy, goals, and deliverables for the entire plant.
• Leads the impacts between the plant and the overall Supply Chain. Manages the community involvement. Drives internal cross-functional interactions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

• Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.
• Deep knowledge and ability to lead setup and maintenance of ME and Quality systems
• Ability to manage both internal and external global stakeholders
• Knowledge of engine rebuild and repair (preferably HHP engines)
• Cross-cultural work experience
• Track record of successful people development
• Engineering background
