Plant Manager (Refinery)

Key responsibilities

• Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, union relations, and succession planning
• Implement and enforce strict Major Accident Prevention policies to manage hazardous materials, high pressures, and extreme temperatures
• Serve as the ultimate site authority governing active PTW systems, hot work management, and confined-space entries
• Act as the On-Scene Commander or Crisis Management Leader during plant emergencies, leaks, or fires
• Oversee the stable supply of critical plant utilities like steam, power generation, industrial gases, and wastewater treatment
