Role & responsibilities

Develop and own the master production schedule aligned

with delivery commitments and capacity

Lead and mentor the PPC team in daily execution and

escalation management on the shop floor

/. Drive machine and resource allocation strategy aligned

with production priorities

Own the Plan vs. Actual production tracking and drive

corrective actions to close gaps

/Design and optimize shift schedules for manpower and

raw material allocation across departments

/ Maintain effective working relationships with cross-

functional teams, workmen, and vendors

/Review and authorize purchase indents and PO releases

for raw materials; manage vendor escalations

/
