What you will do:

• Plant floor operations and core operational tasks within the plant operations team
• Efficiently manage personnel activities by assigning tasks and adjusting workflows and schedules, monitor and discuss production costs for cost efficiency with management, ensure optimal resource utilization to maximize productivity, and evaluate and maintain equipment performance to address any issues.
• Process analysis, statistical process control, process design, PFD development, and routine operational monitoring and reporting

Key Requirements:

• Only one vacancy is available for a duration of minimum 6 months
• Currently pursuing or completing a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with excellent results (CGPA 3.5 and above)
• Good communication skills and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in statistical tools, process control software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS), and productivity tools (Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel)
