What they need
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Plant Technician, operating our oleochemical plant in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate the plant according to SOP, including start-up, normal operation, shutdown and product changeover
- Monitor production process and equipment to ensure product quality and smooth operations
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on plant machinery
- Report equipment issues promptly to Supervisor/Engineer
- Record operational data (log sheets, shift reports) and comply with SHE/EHS regulations
- Perform other duties as instructed by superior
Requirements
- Minimum SPM (Credit in Mathematics & English)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a plant/manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of chemical processes
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering is an added advantage
- Willing to work on shift basis
