Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment as per operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations and maintain productivity.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Identify operational issues and report breakdowns to the concerned team.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Maintain daily operational logs, equipment records and production reports.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and site teams for efficient plant operations.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in plant or machinery operations.
• Technical knowledge of plant equipment and operating procedures.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work at project sites as per business requirements.
