About the role
The Plant Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team packing plants for online customer orders. The role involves selecting and preparing plants for dispatch, checking plant quality, accurately matching plants to customer orders, and carefully packing them so they arrive in excellent condition. At times you will be required to book freight and respond to customer enquiries.

About you
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Quick and efficient while maintaining accuracy
- Detail focused, ensuring the correct plants are selected and packed
- Quality conscious, with a good eye for plant health and presentation
- Interested in plants and willing to develop plant knowledge
- Comfortable working in a busy, practical nursery environment
- Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing a job well
- Can work efficiently as part of a team
