Plant Production Supervisor

• Manage daily production planning, scheduling, and cascading to the shop floor.
• Coordinate and guide operators and supervisors for efficient plant operations.
• Ensure plant/equipment/ personnel hygiene, safety, housekeeping, and food safety regulations.
• Monitor process parameters and adhere to online quality parameters as per specifications.
• Troubleshoot processes to avoid downtime and ensure continuous plant operation.
• Focus on efficiencies, plant availability, reliability, and OEE, conducting brainstorming and RCA applying problem-solving methodologies.
• Engage in new process commissioning and process trials for improvement, managing product loss reduction and water/effluent management.
• Adhere to daily management routines and achieve production plans, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as shift operation efficiency, equipment effectiveness, and manpower utilization.
• Analyze downtime and implement corrective actions to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
