Plant: ETP / RO / MEE / MVR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of ETP, RO, MEE and MVR plants. The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, manpower supervision, process monitoring, safety compliance and coordination with maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities of ETP / RO / MEE / MVR plants.
• Monitor plant parameters and ensure operations are carried out as per defined SOPs.
• Manage and allocate manpower for shift-wise plant activities.
• Ensure smooth and efficient plant operation with minimum downtime.
• Monitor pumps, blowers, motors, dosing systems and other plant equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily plant logbooks, operational records and shift reports.
• Ensure proper chemical handling, housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the client and internal teams for day-to-day operational requirements.
• Guide operators and technicians on safe and efficient plant operations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in ETP / RO / MEE / MVR plant operations.
• Good knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Strong manpower handling and team management skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and basic maintenance activities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong focus on safety, discipline and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Sc. / BE / B.Tech with 5 To 7 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment / ETP / RO / MEE / MVR plants will be preferred.
• Candidates willing to work at Khopoli, Mumbai are encouraged to apply.
