We are seeking a proactive, dedicated Plant Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, lead plant personnel, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Fresh graduates with a strong technical background and leadership drive are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Production: Supervise day-to-day manufacturing/processing activities to meet production output targets and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage shift workers, delegate tasks, monitor attendance, and foster a productive, disciplined work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all production steps strictly adhere to food safety standards, hygienic practices, and company quality protocols.
• Machine & Facility Maintenance: Perform routine facility checks, assist in coordinating preventive maintenance with the engineering team, and address operational downtime promptly.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace health and safety rules, minimizing hazards and ensuring proper handling of equipment and materials.
• Reporting & Inventory: Maintain daily logs of production yield, raw material usage, downtime, and labor requirements. Report key metrics to the Plant Manager.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Processing Engineering, Agriculture, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience: Freshers: Fresh graduates with quick-learning capability and leadership potential are welcome to apply (on-the-job training will be provided).Experienced: 1–3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/food processing plant is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, teamwork, and manpower management abilities.
• Basic technical understanding of industrial machinery or continuous processing systems.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, or basic reporting tools)
• Good command of Malayalam; basic working knowledge of English or Hindi is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
