2. Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

3. Experience

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Candidates with experience in paper manufacturing or process industries will be preferred.

4. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant operations and ensure smooth production activities.
• Monitor production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery and equipment.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and shift-wise work allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
• Maintain daily production reports, downtime records, and other operational documentation.
• Minimize machine downtime, material wastage, and production losses.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, and other resources.
