Plant Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team producing Automotive Refinish products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to succeed, be a self starter and be able to communicate new ideas and process improvements to our staff. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, production output and quality reliability within our organization. Bonuses will be paid for ideas that result in procedural and technical improvements to our processes. No experience is required. All job specific training will be provided by the company.

Duties

• Perform manufacturing and Quality Control tasks as outlined in company procedures manual.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Recognize and offer procedural improvements to improve plant output and assist in implementing the effective changes.
• Maintain accurate records of all batch related and Quality Control activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall productivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other staff as needed.

Experience

• No previous experience is required. Job specific training will be provided by the company.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Familiarity with automotive refinish products and materials is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
