Plant Worker / General Labor / Facility Operator

About the Role
Our transloading facility — a grain operation in Friona — is hiring a dependable Transload Operator to help run day-to-day loading and unloading. The primary job is loading and unloading trucks using large front-end loaders, with additional work unloading railcars and helping run product through our steam-flaking (wheat) and extrusion (milo) processes. If you're comfortable operating heavy equipment and want steady work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using large front-end loaders (primary duty)
• Unload railcars
• Operate loaders and forklifts to move and stage product
• Assist with steam flaking wheat and extruding milo
• Keep work areas clean and equipment in good working order
• Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

• Forklift and/or front-end loader experience preferred
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a dusty, outdoor grain/feed environment
• Able to perform physical labor and lift [up to 50 lbs]
• [Valid driver's license]

Schedule: [e.g., Mon–Fri, 7 AM–5 PM, Saturdays 8 AM-12PM (optional)]

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
