Plantation Assistant

• Monitor all plantation, rubber tapping and planting activities at Camp.
• Monitor and coordinate all R&D and seed collection activities.
• Coordinate all matters related to the purchase, delivery, and receipt of equipment and spare parts Camp.
• Prepare working papers and documentation for all matters related to the transportation of logs from the log pond to the designated mill destination.
• Supervise and coordinate nursery site activities, including unloading seedlings from vessels, distributing seedlings to contractors for planting, and overseeing seedling maintenance and watering.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Educational Qualification: Diploma in Plantation Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in plantation operations will be an added advantage.
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions effectively.
