PLANTATION ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a Plantation Assistant Manager, your primary role is to oversee the replanting of the Albizia plantation, ensuring sustainable forestry practices and optimal tree growth. You will be responsible for land preparation, seedling selection, planting, and tree maintenance, ensuring that the plantation develops into a high-yield, well-maintained forest. Additionally, you will implement and maintain the organizational structure to ensure smooth operations throughout the replanting process.

Site: Gambang & Temerloh

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the clearing of old plantations, soil preparation, and land rehabilitation before replanting.

Manage seedling selection, nursery operations, and planting schedules to ensure successful reforestation.

Supervise plantation workers, ensuring efficient planting techniques, workforce allocation, and maintenance activities.

Monitor tree growth, soil conditions, and pest control measures to optimize early-stage development.

Track budgets, expenses, and report on replanting progress and tree survival rates.

Ensure compliance with forestry regulations, land-use policies, and environmental sustainability guidelines.

Oversee the maintenance and use of equipment required for land preparation, irrigation, and seedling transport.

Implement and maintain the organizational structure to optimize plantation operations.

Work closely with government agencies, suppliers, and local communities to ensure smooth replanting efforts.
